I thought that I couldn’t make this blog. I thought that the market was saturated, that I had nothing new to add. So I began a very different blog. I tried to be original. But it was hard work, it wasn’t natural. Then one day, sat in the car while Baby Bee slept, watching the rain roll down the windscreen, it clicked. This is what I know. This is my background. It’s what I do everyday. It seemed silly to fight that.
So here is my little blog about being a mama.
I’m a tea-drinking (mainly cold), baby-wearing, breastfeeding and bed-sharing IVF mama. A lover of books, warm socks, stationery and rainy days. A writer, feminist, early years professional and aspiring photographer.
Baby Bee is our little wonder of science and love.
We live in Yorkshire and have adventures whilst Daddy goes to work. Some times they’re big, but mostly they’re little.
